The raw drone footage for this project had beautiful views of the course, but it also had some challenges: mechanical turns, uneven movement, and a lot of information that needed to be tracked accurately.
I edited the footage in Adobe After Effects, smoothing the drone movements to create a more natural viewing experience.
Each hole also needed to display the correct par and distance, requiring careful tracking across all 18 videos.
The finished series became a useful combination of visual marketing and practical information, helping golfers understand the layout of each hole before playing.
And occasionally, the footage provided a little magic of its own. Check out the glinting rainbow on Hole 1 around :21.
